 With our plan, you get two adult cleanings (prophylaxis or periodontal maintenance), two periodic exams, and your routine check-up x-rays each year. You also save 10% on certain dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, and limited (emergency or problem-focused) exams, along with any x-rays needed at those visits.

For Families:

First family member: $385 

Second family member $385 

Third or more member: $365*

*(Family members must reside in the same household. Family members may not be substituted for one another. Children may be included up to age 18 or to 26 full time students enrolled in school.) 

Two Exams per year that are: 

• New patient/comprehensive exam; or
• Periodic exam

Yearly Dental X-Rays (Routine at Cleaning Visit):

• Panorex (one every three years of membership); or
• Full Mouth X-Ray Series; or
• Bitewings (one set per year); or
• Periapicals (as needed and determined by doctor)
